1970 ~ Speedster ~ Poem

Written by Randal Vincent Berke

The skier on the mountain slope, criss-crossing on his way,

The speed of the skier was passed, by a strange looking sleigh.

Winding round the trail ahead, with eyes on nearby trees,

The speedster leaned with accuracy, avoiding obstacles with ease.

    • Well, Randal would say that he flew. High as a kite and free as a bird. Talked to him yesterday on the phone. What I find so cool is that, his vision back then, is now reality. People do this kind of thing now ;D Randal lives in Calgary, Alberta and at the young age of 84, loves to write.
