*Spiced~ Cauliflower Potatoes

8 large potatoes Sliced

1 large onion Sliced

3 cups cauliflower

3 tbsp Cumin seeds

3 tbsp Turmeric

4 tbsp oil

4 tbsp Garam Masala

  1. One thing Ayona said that is most important . . keep it dry. All vegetables, starting with onions + cumin seeds, next sliced potatoes~ till tender, then cauliflower; need to sauté on medium heat; before adding spices. I love to sauté the peppers until crisp. Then add these for people who enjoy heat. Very very hot!
