Now you know how to say good morning in Greek. But it is not such a good idea saying it to Greeks. They might think you mock them! Another new day has dawned, some days past Christmas and still a couple from the day we all hope that magically will change our lives, simply because it signals the beginning of a new year. I will drink to that. Hope and pray. And sometimes, maybe, stand up for your rights.

I didn’t really know these people; never met them.

Sorry for the last hasty posts. A sickness forbids me from spending much time in front of my computer. Hopefully in a couple of days I will be back with better ones!
Bowling . . offhand, what do you really know about it?
Whip 3 Eggs
~Blend in 3/4 cup Butter + 1 cup Cream + 1 tsp Vanilla
Now in a separate bowl ~Combine 2 & 1/2 cups Cake Flour + 4 tsps Baking Soda + 1 tsp Salt + 1 cup White Sugar + 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Prepare 1 Large Baking Dish (12x8x2 inch) by buttering then sprinkling with Sugar.
Lay Sliced Pineapple in Dish.
Blend Dry into Wet Mixture then pour on top of Pineapple. Bake 350F for 35 minutes.
Flip cake onto cookie sheet while still warm. Done 😉
